Gwen O'Leary has worked in public health in the Chicago area where she was involved in smoking-cessation for adults and teens. She has training in multi-sensory approaches to learning, including Orton-Gillingham, commonly used with dyslexics, EdMark, TouchMath, and Fast Forword, a cognitive training program.

Ms. O'Leary holds a master's degree in Special Education from Liberty University and a B.S degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois. She has lived in Southeast Asia and had the honor of working in Kenya with the Prime Minister on public health issues.
